Seal Systems Ireland joins The Soudal Group

Soudal is pleased to announce a significant acquisition in Ireland. The local sole distributor of Soudal products, Seal Systems Ireland, will join the Soudal Group.

Our local partner Seal Systems Ireland has now officially been acquired. The company has been the exclusive Soudal distributor in Ireland for 30 years. The acquisition is part of a strategic decision to strengthen our position in Ireland and build a larger team of Soudal representatives with which to continue servicing our existing customer base, as well as developing new opportunities across other industries in the local market. The move completes Soudal's network of subsidiaries throughout Europe.

The employment at Seal Systems will remain unchanged and the current management will stay at the helm. This allows Soudal to benefit from the specific local strengths of the acquired company, as well as help to maintain the strong customer relationships developed throughout the years. Seal Systems will be the 67th subsidiary in the Soudal Group.
